Features
The Kathryn is an attractive front-entry garage design (that can easily be changed to a side-entry) that intentionally keeps the garage from being the prominent feature. Instead, your eyes are drawn to the “decoration” of the wooden posts in front of the recessed garage, and the front porch.
It has a functional open layout with space to breathe. One example is the how the width of the kitchen gives a built-in buffer between the island and the living room furniture.
A main level Flex Room can be used for homework, video gaming, game room, home theatre, or whatever suits your needs. Why should only two-story homes have this feature?
Each bedroom has a private bathroom, with a powder for guests (see the Kathryn II and III for alternative powder room arrangements).
And who doesn’t love a freezer or second refrigerator located conveniently in the pantry?
