Complete Plan Set for Stillwater Cove with Loft
The plan set includes a builder floor plan, electrical plan, ceiling plan, roof plan, area plan, concrete slab foundation plan, and both exterior and interior elevations. Your plans will be delivered as a PDF file.
The drawings are formatted at a 1/4” = 1’ scale and designed for 11” × 17” (ANSI B) or 12” × 18” (ARCH B) paper sizes. Please note that the drawings are not scalable for smaller or larger paper sizes. You can have them printed at your local office supply store or print shop.
Please contact me if you have any questions, would like to modify a plan, or need a crawl space or basement foundation. You can also request a plan set that is set up for printing on letter or legal-size paper. However, I do not recommend using it for quoting or building as some details may be difficult to read.
