The drawings above and images below reflect the current design. I made some assumptions about what you might prefer so please feel free to let me know if you have any questions or want to see anything changed. Here is a list of a few things to pay attention to:

  1. The center window in the kitchen is a slider. It can be opened to pass items to the outdoor kitchen. A small shelf has been added outside the window for this purpose. Let me know if you want to keep that.

  2. The outdoor bar is standard bar height, which is taller than cabinet height.

  3. I wasn’t sure where to put the door connecting the office to the back porch, given the room that the outdoor kitchen needs. This is showing 2 doors (one from the hall). And there’s also the option of putting the office door in the bottom left corner and moving the kitchen toward the back of the house. This is just to show options. Let me know what you prefer.

  4. The original plan showed no windows in the master bath. I added a transom above the makeup desk for natural light there. The bottom of the window is about 7’-10” high. I also added a regular size window in the water closet that I can delete if you prefer.

  5. I put standard vanity height (2’-6”) cabinets in 2 of the bathrooms. But the master has kitchen height at 3 ft.

  6. I put attic access in the right hallway. Is this OK?

  7. The dog wash floor is 2’-6” off the main floor and the surrounding walls are all to be tiled. Is this OK? Would you prefer the dog wash floor be on the main floor level like a regular shower? Or higher?

  8. We discussed the possibility of a small garage door on the back of the garage. Let me know if this is something you’re interested in.
